The hangar is designed with important requirement for a large aircraft hangar having the widest possible door opening so as to able to accommodate the biggest aircraft or a mixture of many types, large or small, whose comings and goings will not be restricted by widths of door openings, or having to maneuver past other aircraft. The concept is achieved with a special steel structure and frontal lattice beam. This design places the highest part of the hangar just where it needs to be –at the front- to accommodate the tail section inside the hangar, without the need for a special gate door.

GLOBAL VILLAGE & COMMERCIAL CENTRE

This building is intended to be the nucleus of the overall development. The visitors will have the pleasant of hours relaxing at the open gallery. At the top level, visitors will have the opportunity to shop at the exclusive boutique while the eyes feast contentedly on a tranquil landscape of surrounding. This exhibition center will consist:

AVIATION INDUSTRY TRAINING CENTRE (AITC)

The AITC is a modern training facility offering accredited courses and tailored training to suit the needs of individual and industry. The core business is to provide a complete training service for the aviation industry, with such areas as avionics, mechanical & structures, advanced composites, type training, welding (aircraft & general) and hydraulics, pneumatics and general engineering industry.

AITC will strive to provide innovative career programs that prepare students to enter the workforce. The programs will be developed to encourage more students to study and work in these fields. The Government has indentified that there is a major workforce crisis in the aerospace industry.
